Strange black marks have started to show up on my headband.
It looks like the marks are coming from inside the rubber. I have tried carefully to clean them carefully with liquid laundry detergent but without any luck.
I am always treating my headphones with respect. Laying them down on the couch when not in use.
Never transported them anywhere or wearing them outside.
Do anyone know what can cause this or how to remove them?

Thanks for your reply. I contacted apple senior tech. support again. Unfortunately, they refused to do anything about it.
Even though, I rely love this product, I will not recommending it to anyone after this dissapointing experience.
