Thank you for replying with those added details. To your knowledge did anything change before you started to notice this behavior? For example, have you signed your Apple ID out of your Apple TV, or the iPhone or iPad you're using with Apple Fitness+? If so, you'll want to sign back in with these steps: Sign in with your Apple ID

It's also a good idea to restart all of your devices. Sometimes a restart can resolve unexpected behavior.

It appears that you see a black screen when trying to use Apple Fitness+ with your Apple TV, so we'd like to help. You must have an Apple Watch Series 3 or later with watchOS 7.2 to access Apple Fitness+ on the following devices: Devices you can use with Apple Fitness+. You also want to make sure Bluetooth is enabled on those devices. Keep in mind Apple Fitness+ does not support AirPlay 2-enabled TVs and devices.
