Payment expired

Hi, I have 1 customer that pays for my services through Apple Pay. I was not aware that you need to transfer the money from there to my bank account. When I was looking at my Apple Pay account last night, I had a payment from this customer in November that is crossed out and says expired. When I click on that I have a message that says not accepted. I have the option to request again. What do I do in this situation. I assume that I did not receive the funds from the customer.

Because that is a controlled monitored system that won't scam you. If you offer a service or provide goods you need to set up Apple Pay for your business -

  1. If you're an app developer, learn how to accept Apple Pay within your app or on the web.
  2. If you're a merchant, learn how to accept Apple Pay in your store.
