Google (or talk to) your cellular provider and find out what code to call-in to increase it.

Where XX is the seconds to reing before pickup (max 30 usually)

It is a Carrier option. You should contact your Carrier so they can change how long your phone rings before it forwards to Voicemail.

Most often there is a code you can press on the phone's keypad where you can change it, but it is different from carrier to carrier and from country to country. I live in Denmark, and here I can press *#61#, followed by how many seconds the phone should ring, 15, 20, 25, etc.
