Map my run not loading anymore on my apple watch serie 3

I have been using mapmyrun on my apple watch for over a year, logged about 1200km since i started. Last week, i wanted to start the app to go for a run and it just kept spinning. I have tried everything, even reconfigured my watch as a new one.... Nothing works. If I reload the app, it will work once or twice but then it will start spinning again. Not sure what to do short of buying a new watch! it's annoying because everything else works well but the main reason for me buying this watch is so i can go for a run and listen to music without my phone of wires... AND I have been using mapmyrun since 2008 so I really don't want to swich app because all my run all logged on it. THANKS!!!

Ok, so after I ordered a new watch, i actually figured out the problem!!! So, basically, third-party app stores a ton of information on the watch. You have to go to Settings-Health-Access to Data and Device and you go to the mapmyrun tab and erase the data (sorry, my iphone is in French so i don't know if i am using the correct terms). The website keeps all your run, it only erase them from the phone memory). For me, that wasn’t enough. I am using Autosleep and that too stores all mysleep data of the past year. So i went ahead and erase all those too.

No problem starting mapmyrun since i did that so basically, i think there was just too much data stored on the phone...

Hope this helps someone!
