Network issues after updating iOS version to 14.4.1 in iPhone 11

I am facing network issues after updating to 14.4.1 in my iPhone 11. Tried restarting few times and checked in different locations. The network signal shows full, the internet works but calls does not work. Sometimes internet too does not work. My network provider is Airtel and I am located in India.
