Can't reset security questions

I need to access app store connect and apparently apple now requires two factor authentication for that. Unfortunately I can't remember the correct answers to my questions. I searched and found this page:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485

which led me to:

https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid

but when I input my apple id I get:

Your request could not be completed because of an error. Try again later.

I tried browsing https://getsupport.apple.com/ and all it does is redirect me to the same page.

Does anyone know how to work around this issue?

I attempted the iforgot.apple page today again and it didn't give me the request could not be completed error. I assume I previously made too many attempts which blocked me from trying to reset my questions. (poor feedback from Apple, by the way)

After inputting my Apple id I was asked a security question that, thankfully, I remembered the correct answer. And after that I managed to reset all questions and also add my phone number for 2 factor authentication.

That's it, problem solved and lesson learned: use your password manager to also save the answers to these questions!

Based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.
