Fraud of local Developers at Appstore

I was feeling relieved after unsubscribing the subscription of Security Defender App which was accidentally or unknowingly subscribed by a child while playing games. I was relaxed because i knew that money would be refunded as this app offers 30 days free trial but after some time I started worrying because the money wasn't refund. Then I read the reviews and got more worried that the people have complaining the same problem. Their were complaints of refund and I also read its some sort of virus or something to gain money. I request Apple officials that please don't allow the license to these sort of app developers and check the authenticity of developers because the trust of Apple customer is prime thing and it shouldn't be compromise at any cost.

I request Apple support to refund the subscription money which was taken by hook and crook (fraud), to the victims of this spam.
