My new Iphone 11 is stuck on the twitter screen, tried to force a restart by using the guidelines for vol up vol down and then hold the side button, but nothing happens? are there any other ways to do this?

To confirm, you've tried to press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo?
