Overheating

My macbook gets very hot and starts making noise when I watch movies or TV shows using the Internet. The computer turns on the fans and starts to slow down. How can this situation be corrected? P.S. The battery is in good condition, the problem is only observed when watching movies in full HD quality.

Tuxera NTFS (? - installed 2020-02-26)


If you didn't add it, remove it.

Quit TextEdit App if it is open.


Reset  SMC:   How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support   Choose the appropriate method.


Resetting the system management controller (SMC) can resolve certain issues related to power, battery, fans, and other features.
