I am having considerable trouble saving new documents onto my Mac. Every time I have tied to save, the pop up screen appears of where to insert the doc in to the folders etc but the save button and the folder buttons are frozen. I have no alternative but to force quit. This has only started happening in the past two days
Did you enable iCloud drive perhaps?
Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
