I am receiving the following message when I try to get track names for imported CDs: 'An error occurred while accessing the Gracenote server. Gracenote Error: 0x0'.
I am running Windows 10 - I did try everything suggested (check Internet connection, turnoff VPN, updated iTunes, and added iTunes to my firewall allowed list).
Any suggestions? I have had no trouble in the past and nothing changed in my system.
I’ll check the version I’m guessing we’re just going to have to wait for the update

I've just discovered the error. Google tells me to check the Firewall, however, iTunes' own diagnostics say they can speak to the Gracenote server:
Yes, my iTunes diagnostics had the same result. Maybe it is a Gracenote issue.
Hmmh, Gracenote works great these days with Windows Media Player, just not with itunes, same machine, same firewall... doesn’t sound like a Gracenote issue..
I hope your solution works for the rest of us. Guess it is time to fire up Windows Media Player. Thank you for sharing this information.

Just tested it out. iTunes, Gracenote track lookup now works as it should on a Windows PC.
