Can't save a video to my cameral roll from Google drive, WeTransfer, and others.

Hi all,

I am having issues to save any video stored on the above mentioned clouds to my iPhone specifically to my camera roll. I've tried force restarting it, checking the storage, etc. Every time I try to save a video to my camera roll (Checking the video link on google drive app, click the three dots, then choose "send a copy" and then click save the video, nothing happens.


I really appreciate your support.

It's an iPhone 12, latest update and btw I've also the google drive app latest on my store.

Please check the video format that you have on Google Drive. The media format supported are shown below
