Logitech Circle View Stopped Recording

I'm at my wit's end in trying to figure this out. I have a Logitech Circle View and it will constantly stop recording. It works for a while, ranging from a few hours to a few days, then, for reasons unknown to me, it will stop recording and only stream.


The only way I can get it to work again is by signing out of my hub and logging back in. Then, it will resume working (for a short while).


I have three AppleTVs and two iPads. I initially had them all as hubs but I had major issues even viewing the stream with all of the hubs, especially if it flipped to an iPad for whatever reason. I was able to fix that by disabling all hubs except one AppleTV.


So that worked for a few weeks without issue. Now, it will randomly stop recording. The only way I can get it to work again is by signing out of iCloud on that AppleTV then signing back in. I've been paying very close attention to my device since these failings and cannot pinpoint any event that makes it stop working. It just stops. I have a feeling it's either my hub or iCloud account, or both...


Any ideas? I have Xfinity internet connected through an Netgear Orbi Mesh WiFi system. I was going to buy a Logitech Doorbell but having second thoughts now. My device is setup to stream and record people, cars and animals.

I was able to find a quick fix but it's only temporary. Every day my camera will not record and, since I have notifications based on recordings, will not send any notifications. However, I can stream just fine.


I was able to quickly fix this. All I had to do was go the recording options for home and away and completely turn off all streaming and recording. I would wait exit that setting and wait a minute, then go back into that recording setting and turn everything back on to stream and record. Walla, this instantly fixes the no recording and it will immediately start recording again. However, this fix is only temporary as it will, randomly, stop recording and notifying. It seems to happen at least once a day and at random times.


I don't believe it is network related because I can stream just fine during these occurrences. I'm beginning to believe it is iCloud related. Since it's not recording (but streaming fine), then that means it's not recording in iCloud since all recordings are in iCloud. What is the problem? Please help because I'm about to throw this camera away and get a Ring.
