Cant open MacBook air after update with Watch, before update worked like charm

Apple watch 3 cant open my MacBook air after the latest update. before that worked like charm. Ill have to make a backup of the watch before an actual update and did all that was required...After manually connect it again reinstalling my credit cards watch is visible on my accounts, but when I try to reconect auto unlock checkmark it instantly say to relog with cloud on watch via my iPhone. Tried all proposed stuff, installed fixes, reboot all devices, clear keychain autounlock data, still no progress. Feeling so frustrated right now, anybody can help me with the issue, thanx
