I just received RM19.90 in credit from Apple TV but in my balance account still shows that I don't have any credit. Why my balance is still empty??

How can I use the credit on the App Store? I really thought I was doing some verification to set up the appletv. But it was to credit balance. How can I use that balance. I don't really purchase any apps per say. I was hoping to get a refund for that.
