Screw fell off of Bottom of Macbook Air

There had been a loose screw since I purchased my laptop. I lived very far from any store and thus, neglected to get it repaired within the one year limited warranty window.

Anyway, fast forward a bit and the screw has fallen out. What are my options here? I'd like to chat with Customer Support but don't have complimentary tech support. Where I live Covid vaccines are not rolled out yet so would like to avoid going in to Genius Bar.

Screensharing with the Apple Rep:

Screenshare the screen of your iPhone and then open the Photos app. By screensharing the Apple Rep will see this firsthand from your perspective. See if you can perform this while chatting with the Apple Rep. I've done so, but hovering my device over the iSight of the Mac. So, if you have a second Mac, however this Mac giving you this issue, over the iSight camera of the other Mac. Just be careful while performing this hovering.
