Updating Payment Information

I am unable to update my payment method. The message is: "Invalid Payment Method: Your payment method cannot be processed right now. Try again later."

My new debit card is from the same bank as the expired one. I have tried to edit the old card and then add a new card on all of my devices. On my iPhone I get a message that "iTunes is unable to process the purchases at this time. Please try again."

Can someone help? Would it help if I signed out of iCloud and signed back in?

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in?

Try adding the new card, and then promote it to the primary payment method to see if you can remove the old card.

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.
