Battery drain on iOS 14.6

Worst update seen in my life and worst battery performance award goes to apple . I think they never fix this issue until we change our devices and upgrade

Hi Everyone I ran an experiment and its the Podcast app draining the battery. I charged the battery and then closed the Podcast app and the phone is back to sipping energy. We need an update

I have switched off backgrounds app refresh and the WiFi and it’s still draining since the upgrade. I use it for listening to podcasts and that seems to be the app that’s draining the power..help!

Exactly the same issue and I have an iPod touch that is used for podcasts…so don’t really want to delete the app..

I didn’t update my iPad or other apple products. The warrantee is done on those by they are going to fix or replace my new iPhone 12 that’s only a month old

I have the same issue, I lost one percent & have to charge twice as much and never heard a podcast, never launched the app on my X.

using 11 Pro Max, after updating to 14.6, battery health drop from 93% to 85%. Battery drained like crazy, cannot last even a day! Gosh!!

The problem is with me when I listen to music via Bluetooth as the smartphone top right warmer where also the camera is. Since only an update helps I think.🤥

I am also facing the same issue, after updating to ios 14.6 . My battery drying drastically unexpected manner. Also battery health is decreasing.Is there any solution for this ?
