Apple doesn’t allow update through cellular network. Disgusting.. have loads of cellular data which is unusable. Hope they allow updates through cellular network as other all android devices.

Is your iPhone connected to a power source? Are you using a good strong Wi-Fi network?


If you are still having trouble completing the update, go through the steps in this link for help with completing the update: Get help with over-the-air iOS updates


Or you can try downloading and installing the update using a computer with Finder (Mac) or iTunes (Win) to complete the update. You can find more details here: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Sure they do. You just have to have to correct device and service. See Here: Use an iPhone 12, that is using 5G in order to update over Cellular - User Tip
