Apple Mail application takes a long time to open on IPHONE

My mail application takes at least 30 seconds to open up on my IPHONE. When the application is finally opened, emails load quickly. It's just the initial loading of the app that takes a long time. I'm thinking that, perhaps another application such as a security app is causing this but I can't find anything.

what is your internet speed? To check, go to https://www.speedtest.net/. Please send a screenshot, or tell me what your results are. Also, delete the “Mail” app, and reinstall it.

once you install it again, open settings, tap your Apple ID at the top, press iCloud, and then turn the switch for Mail on.
