Payment issue of my order
Hi, I've online purchased four apple products (iPhone, Airtag, Charger and Airtag key chain) and made a payment in single transaction for all four product. After delivery of three product i.e. iPhone, Charger and Airtag key chain, Apple Inc has hold my last product i.e Airtag quoting that he has not received the payment vide apple email dated 25.05.2021. I am utterly surprised, at the time of receipt of payment i.e. on 19th may, Apple has confirmed that "we have everything necessary to complete your order. We'll update your delivery date when your order is preparing to ship." they also published the tentative date of arrival as Jun 23 - Jun 30.
After a lapse of 6 days, on 25th may, an email was again shoot by Apple's Payment Team quoting that "your order is put on hold because your payment is awaited." this is a sheer contradiction of Apple's earlier mandate of successfully receiving the payment. Kindly let me know, is it two times we have to pay for Single Apple Product. Is this the rule Apple play. I'm utterly surprised by such an act of renowned company like Apple.
Kindly help.... and let them know I've already paid for the product....so why I should pay again.
please help in releasing the product.
