My watch fails to update many times. Now it’s unpaired to my phone and every time I try to pair it back it goes to update. HELP!

If you really have watchOS 4 installed right now, like it says here, then you will need to match it with an old iPhone as well, with iOS12 installed. Hopefully you can find an old iPhone like that still in your belongings , or one of your friends or loved ones can help you with that.
So then if that pairing is successful and you can update your Apple Watch to version 7.5, you can then re-pair the watch with your iPhone again.
I tried to update my watch and if failed several times. Now it’s unpaired with my phone. When I try to pair it goes to update and fails. HELP!
