I'm using iPad Pro, I downloaded the TikTok apps last week and I can switch between portrait and landscape mode for the apps.
Just from today, TikTok apps stuck forever in landscape mode. Is the only apps have this issue.
These is the step I tried:
All of the step I taken cannot fix the issue. Please assist me in solving this.

same it was fine a moment ago and I come back and it’s on landscape mode and like nothings helping, it’s annoying
Same it’s so annoying it seems to be working on my phone but not my I pad it’s rly frustrating I hope the issue is not permanent

Yes this just started yesterday with the update from TikTok and I can’t get it to go back to portrait didn’t affect my husband‘s iPad but it is affecting mine
Do u think it may be a tiktok issue for I pad users? Or Apple? If it’s Apple is there a way to keep complaining to get their attention?
Well it is odd that my Apple phone doesn’t have a problem but my Apple iPad does seems to be an iPad problem for everybody no matter what generation it even is so perhaps it is a TikTok problem.
Same issue! I was using it last night on my IPad 6gen and it worked fine. TikTok had an update today snd now it’s stuck in landscape mode. Seems there is no real fix.
I have the same problem since yesterday. My ipad pro can only view tiktoks on landscape. Works on my iphone fine though. Any ideas what is wrong?
Finding a live that others mentioned totally fixed the problem. To a sec and shifting around hit it quickly went in to portrait and stayed there! Hope they fix this bug ASAP.
Also, when I swipe up through the live feeds, it is cutting off the top half or bottom half of the video.
Please fix this or at least voice out the concern to the Tiktok developers, it’s annoying, might at least put it back the way it was before where we have choices.
