we weren’t able to verify your address

i was trying to open a shared note but it keeps asking to add my number to my account although it’s already connected to my account. when i do try to add it again, it tells me that my address can’t be verified?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

I have the solution!! :D went to Apple support and they guided me through it with ease!

(1)make sure your software and notes is fully updated

(2)make sure notes is turned on in iCloud settings

(3)make sure you DONT have a VPN enabled in your settings (setting<general<VPN)

(4)sign out of iCloud in settings

(5)sign back in

(6)reset network settings (settings<general<reset<reset network settings)

(7)try to open the notes again!
