Apple Music stopping after 15 seconds. Error code 16833

It could be also related to Bluetooth, but it certainly is not an issue exclusive to Bluetooth. I have this issue while listening with wired headphones via a Lightning adapter.

Apple please don’t push me back to use Spotify. Actually this is quite annoying, when i put up my earphone on, ready to enjoy the music on my way to work, it is always stopped at 15sec.

I have tried this troubleshooting step as suggested by an Apple advisor when I contacted chat support a week ago and the issue remains. I have yet to contact chat support to provide my feedback.

Is there a convenient way to re-download all the songs? Someone mentioned, that you have to make a playlist of all songs or some such.

I love the words unexpectedly stop. Made me laugh. Should say predictably stop!

I am so sorry, the issue started reoccurring. The above method doesn’t resolve the problem.
