After the spatial Audio launch today, songs only play for 15 seconds and then cut off.

Sign out iCloud in your device, restart, sign in again to iCloud. Then open Apple Music, sign in and you are done.
That worked for me.
I've also had this problem, but it appears to be only with downloaded HLS files. I removed all downloads and haven't had the problem today.
After reading this I have also turned off ATMOS.
Apple really messed up the transition to lossless and hi-res.
Done! Works! Thank you! Family Share / Purchase share settings done, now I play music without issue (Cellular Data Off, Wi-Fi Off)
This problem is solved in update IOS 14.7.
Update your phone.
If I do that, do I have to download it all over again?
I didn’t. I still have all my music. I just turned off lossless and switched to highest quality in the music app. Worked for me.

I did this once and it was a pain having to go through all the signing back up. It didn't even fix the issue. There has to be an easier solution.
Switching Dolby Atmos off didnt work.
So signed out of iCloud then back in, only to find that I’ve lost 50% of all my downloaded music. Awesome.
The issue is solved by the new update 14.7.1.
