Sign out iCloud in your device, restart, sign in again to iCloud. Then open Apple Music, sign in and you are done.

That worked for me.

I’m almost afraid to post this as it could jinx my currently working setup but here goes-

after trying everything I saw a post about making sure your Apple ID and payments were up to date. I decided to sign up for  one which would put everything under one roof and also to transfer some money to my account for purchases as it has a zero balance. SO FAR- lossless that is downloaded as well as streamed is working. It’s been like this for nearly 2 days, cellular, WiFi, it’s been all good. I should say I’m not using Atmos nor the high resolution files, just standard lossless.

Like you say, it's the Bluetooth issue. It says on the website in the music section that the technology just won't work with Bluetooth. In my case, it will play all the tracks now but I'm not getting lossless/Dolby quality if I'm not plugged into the car using the USB. I have a feeling this will be upgraded at some point but I think it's Bluetooth that has to upgrade, not Apple.

I did everything in this thread: switched to CarPlay via cable vs. Bluetooth, re-downloaded all music, signed out of iCloud, signed back in, hard restart, shut off Dolby and lossless, turned them on--and still, the problem persists. Played a few tracks today in the car on cellular data, and then everything seemed to play. This seems to be a communication problem between how the Apple Music files are encoded and the phone disabling cellular data for music etc. Spoke to Verizon and it's not a problem on their end. Did a Genius Bar appt. and two chats online. Nothing worked. Come on, apple engineers! work on it!

I didn’t have to sign out. I just went in to my apple 4k tv then Settings>Apps>Music>Audio Quality>High Quality (Instead of Lossless)

The 15 seconds wonder only happens on my older stuff, new albums are fine.

Apple needs to sort it out but I don’t know how to action that outside of going to an Apple Store - which I will do next time im near one, or perhaps ring up and wait forever.

Signing in and out didn’t work for me. I went to settingS>Apple Music<Audio quality<and turned off lossless. I also turned off Dolby atoms. Then I turned off sync music. After that, I went to the bottom and signed out if my Apple Music, turned my phone off, and then signed back into my Apple Music. I did all of that and then tried to play my music offline and it didn’t stop. You have to redownload all of your music, but at least it won’t stop lol.

Hey so I didn’t get no error code but my music stopped at 15seconds. So I googled it and I ended up here, all the solutions here are bs. But in doing one of them I noticed that my iCloud was full so I thought maybe that’s why my music wasn’t playing even doe it was downloaded. So I deleted some albums I don’t listen too anymore and then I tired playing my songs that stopped after 15seconds (only new songs I downloaded wasn’t playing past 15) and they played.

So for those having the same issue try deleting some songs you don’t listen to anymore and see if that works. Hope this helps.
