Apple Music stopping after 15 seconds. Error code 16833
After the spatial Audio launch today, songs only play for 15 seconds and then cut off.
i got error code (-16833)
anyone help?

Sign out iCloud in your device, restart, sign in again to iCloud. Then open Apple Music, sign in and you are done.
That worked for me.

I have the same issue on my AppleTV. None of these answers fix the issue.
Signed out of iCloud on Music and Device. Didn’t work.
i am also experiencing the same problem.
We all have the same issues this is so frustrating, and when a problem is this big they’ll only fix it with the next iOS update.. that’s if they even do it
What if I’m on family sharing i think if I sign out it will kick me out of that

Not only did this not work but now I have to redownload +1700 songs again. I’m switching from Apple Music as of today
I tried this and ended up losing all my pics and can’t get them back :( don’t risk it y’all just get Spotify
Mine was corrected a few updates ago and 14.8 brought back the same issue. This is becoming a pain. At 15 seconds apple is transferring data. Can we say privacy!
