Brother Printer - Not Printing Wireless

Hello.

Installed new MFC-L2750DW. Have both PC and Mac. Working fine on PC, both USB and wireless. But on Mac, printing works only on USB.

When trying to print wireless, it hangs on "ready to print" or "connected to printer". Scan works wirelessly. Access to printer IP page works wirelessly. Only printing wirelessly hangs.

Tried installing with AirPrint and with CUPS. Tried removing and reinstalling driver. Tried resetting printer system and resintalling. Nothing works.

Any ideas?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.4

Here's an update. After a couple of hours, the job disappeared from The Print Queue dialogue box. I walked to the store, bought some bananas, tried printing again, and it worked. What conclusions should I draw?

I tried your suggestion and went to buy some bananas. Came back, no change... :)

I have no idea waht to conclude, except that I have given up on printing from my Mac. I print only from my PC, which prints flawlessly via Wi-Fi.

OK, I have been following but didn't reread everything, sorry & thanks.

I had the same problem with mine until I installed the CUPS driver...

One more thing. When I open the Brother iPrint&Scan app, which I installed on my Mac, it does print! I select a PDF or a photo from Print, and it prints.

Thanks. I neglected to mention that's the first thing I did: check the firmware. It's up to date.
