My sisters phone

My sisters phone has been acting really weird most times when he wants to get on an app it kicks her out and her storage is full and she barely has any apps I have more apps, her phone turns off at random times then goes to this loading things then turns off and there’s times where her phone completely freezes and before she deleted Snapchat it wouldn’t load and it said something about it’s a camera app and there were other times it worked and she reset it and it still showed it’s a camera app and it also shuts down at random times. What should she do and is her phone fixable

Increasing Other was supposed to be dealt with in ios13.6.1

If Other is more than a few GB then the only thing to do assuming the iOS is on 13.6.1 or higher is as follows

Backup and restore (using the computer method preferably)

(1)How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch – Apple Support

Unlock your SIM PIN if it has one

(2) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support

(3) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

For her recommendations it shows review large attachments and ICloud photos 1% but for the attachments she’s deleted all of them and other is what’s taking up all the storage she also has a problem with messages her texts don’t go through and our messages don’t get to her until minutes later and when we call her it doesn’t show on her phone and 30 minutes later it shows missed call from whoever called her. Thank you for the suggestion
