For space/minimalism, I've mounted tower under a sit/stand desk.
Considering removing the legs but concerned it will effect airflow with the internal "seal" of the the MacPro tower.
Dust may also creep into the bottom ?
Anyone keep the legs off of their tower and have had cooling issues and/or internal dust accumulation ?
Any advice is appreciated,

The closer to the floor it sits, the more it pulls in dust and debris from ground level. I would not recommend removing the feet for that reason.
Based on your picture, you may not have left enough room Behind the unit for the hot exit air to dissipate.

Valid point on the legs, thank you for the input.
I went to Home Depot and bought some foam ear pugs that expand to the shape of ear canal. If I do decide to remove legs, I will use this foam to occupy the holes.
As for the heat dissipation. There is actually almost of 2 feet of space behind the tower, & giant windows obstructed by my monitors. All good there...
