Cant change audio format automatically on apple tv

I just bought a 2021 apple Tv4K. I have a boat 4100D dolby atmos soundbar and a 4k tv. i have made all the connection as it should… i pluged in my atv4k to soundbar’s HDMI IN port and linked my soundbar to TV through soundbar ARC port (HDMI out) to TV’s HDMI ARC. I have this 2 wierd problem. 1. While audio format Settings to Auto(Atmos on) i am able to play atmos audio completely fine with all dialogues but in this case other non atmos titles are having no voice or vocals but only background music. So i have to go to settings again and turn of auto format and switch it to a degraded format(dolby digital 5.1 or stereo) for playing non atmos title everytime this is my first issue

1. My ATV remote is not switching off or on tv & soundbar also on settings-remote and devices-control your tv is off and while turning it on it says this feature is not available with your current system configuration. I tried connectiv ATV directly to the tv but both option is not working correctly (atmos is not available via tv and control tv still says the same)

Now the main thing is I was using amazon Fire tv 4K prior to this apple tv with same configuration and both the things were working fine audio formats were changing automatically according to the titles and fire tv remote was working fine in controlling other devices. I have a return policy still active should i return it or is there any way to turn everything positively?
