Report this to Apple:

Seems Apple took that away, or forgot to leave it in. So, report it to Apple, recommending that they add it back.

Provide Apple with Feedback:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed.

To Provide Feedback:

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Feature Request" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: on what you want to change, and how you think this would help many out there.
  4. Proceed form there as necessary

Set this Up Using Firmware:

Thank you for clarifying. Download the firmware from the printer's driver site using your computer. Then configure all the Air Print settings through the computer. Once all is configured, that may get the printing option to show up as it should. Important: Get the firmware directly from the manufacturer's site, rather than from a third-party site, to avoid scams and junk from being installed on your device.

Q:

iPhone Xs IOS 13.3.1 airprint only prints 4x6

My iPhone recently started limiting ALL airprinting to only 4x6. The "paper size" option is grayed out so I no longer have the option to adjust this. I've tried printing email, pdf's, notes, pages...basically everything I could print on full pages (8.5 x 11) before this started happening but nothing works anymore and everything defaults to 4x6. I've turned off and on my xfinity router, turned the Canon airprinter off and on, did the same with my iPhone but nothing has corrected this. Was something changed in the last few IOS updates? This seems to be an often complained about problem in many on line sites. Any new ideas? Thanks!
