Disable Facial Recognition in Photos?

Does anyone know of a way to disable facial recognition in Photos? I would like my phone to stop aggregating photos of my newborn into their own folder and memories.

Today I was shown a memory called “Cuter by the Day”, which was a compilation of photos of my newborn daughter. This raised a few questions:

How does Apple know my daughter is a baby/child?
When did I give permission to Apple to scan my photos and aggregate them in this way?
Is there no way to protect my daughter’s privacy while also taking photos for our family’s use?

Face recognition, object recognition, scene recognition are deeply built into Photos and cannot be disabled. You can only remove the people albums so the People album is empty or fool the face recognition by merging all faces into one album and not naming any faces. As to the memories: Whenever Photos is creating a memory, use the "Show Less" command to block further memories of the sam date, person, place, kind. Then delete the memory.
