You should contact Samsung support for help. It’s their device and they should know what options you can use it.

Ideally you should ask for help in putting contacts from the device to some over the air account such as iCloud, Google, Outlook etc. That way all you need to do then is sign into that account on your iPhone.

Otherwise ask Samsung for help with exporting all contacts to vCard file. Then you can import contacts to an iCloud account.
