Cannot receive voicemails

For the past 3-4 months I have not been able to receive voicemails. I have had several people say they have left a voicemail but when I go to access my voicemail it says I have no new messages.

I've contacted my phone carrier and they have done all they can do. Can someone help me? I’m getting pretty frustrated.

Voicemail not working since last update I have an XR and since the last update my voicemail has not worked. I have reset the network settings, deleted old messages, restarted phone, called my carrier who reset it twice and still it’s not working. Any ideas?? I have clients upset because they can’t leave a message.

No Voicemail on New iPhone After getting a new iPhone, I don't have voicemail. I kept the same service provider(Verizon) and my previous phone was an iPhone 8. I have a recorded message up, and there's no indication that it's not setup, but when people call, it rings for much longer than it should, then just disconnects. None of the solutions that have already been posted work: there's no setup prompt in the phone app, none of the numerous resets worked, turning cell service on and off didn't do anything, etc. This is a work phone, and I NEED voicemail. There has to be some other way.

Contact your carrier again. voicemail is a carrier feature, not a function of the phone.

I contacted them again last week and they say they have done all they can. Guess I won't have voicemail. Thanks for the help.
