Apple TV 4K Set-up and Remote Control

Friends - Looking for some help on connecting and controlling Apple TV 4K. My set-up is: Apple TV 4K (2nd version/June-2021); connected via HDMI to Denon AVR 960 8K (2021 model); Denon AVR connected via HDMI to Samsung 4K TU7000 TV (into the TV's HDMI eARC port).

1) I use Apple TV to listen to Apple Music thru Denon AVR, but will turn off the Samsung TV;

2) Watch YouTube from Apple TV to Samsung, but will turn off the Denon AVR (AVR's HDMI has a pass-thru for Apple TV to Samsung TV);

3) Watch On-the-Air local TV channels on the Samsung TV, but will turn off both the Apple TV and the AVR.

Question: What and how should I use the remote controls set up for Apple TV, Denon AVR and Samsung TV, so that when I turn off the AVR, the other two items stay on, or when I turn off the TV, the Denon AVR and Apple TV stay on, etc.? Please help.
