Is there no video record button on latest iphone version?
There’s only timelapse option instead of video in camera app.

You should have the Video option, unless there is something wrong with the camera. Are you looking at the front or rear camera? If you cannot see video for the rear camera, try powering the phone off and back on again. If that does not help, use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support.
