When I’m trying to log into my Apple TV app on my 2020 Insignia Fire TV, I keep getting “verification failed. There were errors in signing you in. Wait a moment, then try again.” I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated to newest Fire tv OS. No dice. :(

We understand you're getting an error when attempting to sign into the Apple TV app on your Insignia Fire TV 2020. After updating the newest Fire OS, did you power off the TV and power it back on. If not, we recommend doing so.
If that doesn't help, test signing in to the Apple TV app on another device. If you're able to sign into a different device, we suggest reaching out Amazon support here: Amazon.com Help: Help & Customer Service

I’m having this same issue with my Insignia TV, but not my Samsung’s. I checked the Software updates. I also signed out of my Apple TV account. The FireTV version is 6242056.1
I wanted to catch some of the Olympics through my internet/cable provider live but no luck. So frustrating! You’re supposed to be able to link your accounts to Apple TV & have the App available to Stream (NBC, Olympic channels, etc).
Is this a software or firmware issue? I have no clue - I feel like I pay for all these subscriptions & it was easier with the stupid box!
