Will iPod classic work with CarPlay?

I just purchased a 2022 kia.. will ipod classic or touch work with carplay? if so, how and which models? I will be using the unit just for music, what would be best?

While it may be possible to connect your iPod as an auxiliary USB or Bluetooth device to your car stereo to hear music, the CarPlay capability specifically requires iPhone, so there isn't an option to use CarPlay with iPod.

You'll want to reach out to Kia Support directly to inquire about options for playing music from iPod. Here's a guide with more information:
