Apple Watch Series 2 - crown problem

Hi,

I've got an Apple Watch series 2 that’s started developing a problem which I think is related to the crown.

When I bring all of the apps up, the screen moves around and scrolls in and out of its own accord. If I’m listening to something on my phone the volume goes up and down without me adjusting anything.

Finally the battery life is awful, sone nights the watch is in charge all night and it doesn’t charge to 100%.

I’ve tried cleaning the crown under running water, turning the crown and pressing it without success.

Has anyone had any success with other methods of cleaning the crown, or, is there a way of disabling the scroll button on the series 2?
