Keyboard isnt work on Windows 10 bootcamp

I have an issue with Windows 10 Bootcamp, I restarted my windows, and when I try to log in.

I can't type anything, so I'm stuck on the login page.

But the touchpad, brightness control key(I'm using MacBook air, the brightness control key is F1 and F2), and the volume control (F10, F11, F12) are still working.

But others key isn't working as well. Can someone please help me?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.1

The Bootcamp drivers are incorrectly installed. This is causing your internal keyboard issue.

  • Windows logo key  + E - Open File Explorer.
  • Ctrl + Shift + click a taskbar button - Open an app as an administrator. This 'app' is the setup.exe in your USB Bootcamp folder.
