I’m not able to select my Itunes card for in app purchases. I have a positive balance

I’m having an issue selecting my payment option I’ve always used itunes cards and now it’s not letting me choose that option for in app purchases Please, I need anyone’s advice I obviously have enough money on it for a $4.99 purchase

Hello Brian, when I attempt to select it, it only gives me an option to redeem a new card but not to use the current balance.

When attempting to do the in app purchase, it prompts me to verify my payment method and then I attempt to choose my itunes balance but it just prompts me to add in more funds even for a 0.99 purchase
