MS Word 16.51 Print Dialogue window not opening

I've updated my Big Sur software, I've updated my Microsoft Office software for my Mac and rebooted countless times. My print dialogue box in Word will not open. It is not grayed out in my menu but when I click on it nothing happens. also tried Control P countless times. Any help would be appreciated!!
