I was having the same issue using the Apple TV app on my LG TV. Some episodes would play, others would say Video Not Available and to check my internet connection. This happened for different shows. It wasn’t until I started seeing problems updating my software on Apple devices that I dug deeper and found a solution that has worked for me!
I went into my routers (I have eero) settings and changed the DNS servers to Custom, overriding the default settings. Delete/replace current DNS IP(v4) addresses to 1.1.1.1 (primary) and 1.0.0.1 (secondary). These are Cloudflare servers. The problem immediately resolved after my router restarted.
You can do this to your router that way every device connected to wifi will default to these settings, or, you can go into your wifi settings in each device like your Roku (usually under ”advanced” settings) and change the DNS manually for each device. Hope this helps! Definitely helped me!
I have an iPad and not apple to stream ted lasso…do I have to pay if I have an ipad
Thank you for that information. It fixed it for us!
I have checked my internet connection. The same problem has happened on my Apple TV 4k device - and only with the Apple TV+ content and does not happen with content from NetFlix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, Paramount+, etc.
My network connection sustains 600Mbps but usually can burst to 900Mbps and the content needs less than 5Mbps
This seems to be a specific problem with content from Apple TV+
After months of no help, I got an Apple tech on chat
They had me change my Roku 4660x Ultra options under audio, HDMI—-changed from auto detect to Dolby Digital.
I rebooted the ROKU and voila. Morning Show, Ted Lasso all streamed perfectly.
Known bug apparently. Should have been published or answered here, but oh well. Let us know if this works on other ROKU devices. Happy Appling…..

Yes. Both are up to date.
Faison-boy,
Since both devices are up-to-date, and that behavior still persists, you’ll want to contact Apple Support to get further assistance: Contact Apple Support
Cheers.
Me too. I called Apple tech-support and they blamed my Internet service and Roku. Never did solve my issue.
Tired of having to unplug and unweave wires so that I can drag a display out to the family room once a week, just to watch Ted Lasso.
Whatever the problem is between Apple and Roku, fix it already.
