Greeting card/stationery design for MacBook Pro with M1

Since the favorites, Printshops, Mackiev products, just haven't been upgraded for a long time and so won't work on my Mac, is there a decent stationery design software out there for us? Pages' offerings are mediocre and just not up to the variety. Or is the only alternative several apps with the elements you want to use for your design that you have to then put together in one place, i.e., a Pages blank? The App Store has a few but nothing over 2 stars or that appeals. Thanks.
