'Updating Cloud Music Library' is hanging...

After macOS Big Sur update 11.5.1 the other day, iTunes Match is not updating my iPhone 11 Pro Max's Music app's library. Have already tried signing in & out of both device's Music apps to no avail.

Latest update 7/26/2021 Monday:

Tried toggling on & off the 'Sync Library' numerous times:

Music app still trying to 'Update Cloud Library':

Indicator at the bottom left corner of Music app UI is hanging (keeps circling):
