Wi-Fi problem after iOS 14.7.1 update

M also getting this issue😭😭😭 I contacted apple support they said to try factory data reset with a computer. But I don’t have one.. you can try this steps

connect to anyone hotspot

and then disconnect it

you can use ur WiFi for sometimes

I've experienced this too, right after the iOS 14.7. 1 update. Milliions may not experience this, a few might. That's logical. Perhaps it's best for someone at Apple to actively look into this. This is an iPhone 12 Pro, nothing unusual is on it, apart from a VPN (which aren't that unusual to use), but maybe that's the issue. If so, this update is problematic to those who use VPNs, potentially. I changed my VPN's settings to IKEv2 and I'm back on WiFi. Hope that helps someone else.

We had problems with both our iPhones until I uninstalled the VPN that operated via a security app called "Lookout". Once I did that , all was good. VPN is the problem. I didn't even realise that Lookout was using VPN when I bought it!

Did you mean 15.0.2? iOS 15.2 doesn't exist yet.

That having been said, I didn't have that issue before and still do not.

My Boses headphones still won’t stay connected to my iPhone since the update. I don’t have a VPN that I know of. Super expensive headphones are worthless. So frustrating. Has anyone found a solution for this?

I now think this may be a bluetooth issue. When I turn bluetooth off, everything returns to normal.

I went into SETTINGS selected WIFI. Next I selected MY NETWORK. After choosing network I clicked on blue circle with i. I turned on AUTO-JOIN and it corrected my problem. Hope this might help

Rebooting my phone all day while Uber delivering. Constantly loosing internet and won’t switch to wi fi. Happens in apple store every time.
