Canon scanner not working after Big Sur 11.5.1 update
Hi,
I can not use my Canon MG4200 scanner since the apple software update. I get the following pop up. I have done many un-installs etc tried using image capture etc nothing will allow me to open the scanner. I have downloaded extra drivers, I have talked extensively with Canon support. I can use the printer to print just not scan. The scanning function does work and I can get it to scan through the canon app on my iPhone.
I was able to scan before this update and then literally overnight was unable to scan with this pop up coming up.
I am the only user of this MacBook and am the administrator. It is a home computer so I am also in charge of the network.
Any advice?
